French Toast

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3/4 Cups Milk
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1/2 TSP Cinnamon
  • 1/2 TSP Vanilla
  • Rind of 1 Half Orange
  • 1 OZ Butter
  • Brioche Bread (Alternative Challah Bread)

Procedure:
Mix first 6 ingredients in a bowl.  In a skillet on medium high heat melt butter until foamy.  Dip brioche bread in mixture and sear in pan to a golden brown on both sides.  Serve with maple syrup and powdered sugar.
